The ratio below is CoinGecko EV/NAV = (market cap + debt − cash) / crypto holdings. It does not subtract Strategy preferred stock, so it will not match official mNAV above.
Company & Government Holdings
Recreates the core CoinGecko Treasuries view: company and government crypto holdings, holdings value, historical changes, and transaction records. The ratio here is CoinGecko EV/NAV, not Strategy official mNAV.
CoinGecko EV/NAV = (market cap + debt − cash) / total crypto holdings. It does not add preferred stock, so Strategy will print well below official mNAV.
